HOLIDAY HOURS

We will be closed on Thursday, December 24th & Friday, December 25th.  Please order before 6pm EST on Wednesday, December 23th.

We will be closing early on Thursday, December 31st and will be closed on Friday, January 1st.  Please order before 12pm EST on Thursday, December 31st.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship from Ann Arbor, MI. Delivery times vary by geographic region.

OUR STANDARD SHIPPING RATES ARE:

  • $10 for Fedex Ground (FREE for orders over $100)
  • $25 for Fedex Overnight (FREE for orders over $300)

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders must be canceled before 5PM EST by calling 1-800-659-6609.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be authorized in advance by obtaining a RMA number. Please contact us at 1-800-659-6609 to obtain a RMA number.

If items are damaged during transit or a shipping error was made, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt for a full credit.

Please allow up to 14 days to process your credit. Please do not deduct any amounts from your invoice payments in relation to returned product before receiving a credit memo.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Please do not remove price stickers from the product packaging or place stickers on bottles. Products will be ineligible for credit and destroyed if stickers are removed.

We reserve the right to refuse bulk returns, returns from inactive accounts, accounts with overdue balances or accounts in the process of being closed. Short date or final sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refrigerated and controlled products are not eligible for returns.

Goods suspected to be be counterfeit, adulterated, unsaleable, outdated, or otherwise not in compliance with our Returned Goods Policy will be ineligible for return.

Products whose labels have been altered, defaced or damaged will be ineligible for return.
