Shipping Policy

We provide fast, reliable shipping from our VAWD-accredited distribution center in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Delivery times vary by geographic region.

Same-Day Order Processing (Eastern Time):

  • 4:00 PM – Controlled Substance Orders
  • 5:00 PM – Standard Ground Orders
  • 5:30 PM – Overnight Orders

Note: Bulk or heavy (over 15 lbs) orders will ship Ground regardless of selected method.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, call 1-800-659-6609 before 5:00 PM EST on the day of purchase. Cancellations after this time may not be processed in time.

Return Policy

  • Returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Fill out the Return Authorization Form.
  • RMAs expire after 30 days. Products returned without an RMA will be destroyed with no credit issued.
  • Report shipping damage or errors within 24 hours of delivery to receive full credit.
  • Allow up to 14 days for credit processing. Do not deduct returns from invoice until receiving an official credit memo.
  • Returns may be subject to a 20% handling fee and return shipping costs.
  • Product packaging damaged by price sticker removal will void return eligibility.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Short-dated (less than 12 months) or final sale products
  • Refrigerated or controlled substances
  • Items with altered, damaged, or missing labels
  • Suspected counterfeit, outdated, or adulterated goods
  • Returns from inactive, delinquent, or closing accounts
  • Unauthorized bulk returns

How to Process a Return

  1. Access Transaction Data: Use your Republic ordering portal (Bluelink) to find your DSCSA transaction information, including the sales order and invoice details.
  2. Verify Product and Purchase Information: Match the serial number of the product you intend to return with the information found in your historical DSCSA data. If the data does not align, the return will be denied.
  3. Request Return Authorization: Initiate the return process to obtain a Return Authorization.
  4. Process Return: Follow the instructions for preparing and shipping the returned product.
